Over the last 12 hours, we've experienced an issue with Kink.com where people may be seeing 502 error codes and "Purchasing Disabled" on videos, among other "symptoms". Just a few minutes ago, we issued a resolution so these issues should not persist. If you continue to experience difficulties, please email us at email@example.com.
Another new policy we've issued recently is that ALL of our subscriptions rebill now - yes, this means that 30 day subscriptions, 90 day subscriptions, 180 day subscriptions and 365 day subscriptions all auto-renew. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel from your Kink.com account by logging in, clicking the avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen and clicking Billing. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can cancel the auto-renew feature for you.
