KinkLive Live Show FAQ – Kink.com

A: Live show dates and times will be advertised on Kink.com’s homepage - to join the show you can simply click on the countdown banner. You can also type into your browser’s web bar or click the following URL https://www.kinkmenlive.com/ during the scheduled time of the show.

Q: Do I need a KinkLive account to watch the live show?

A: If you do not have a KinkLive account, you will be asked to create an account with KinkLive in order to view the live show as it airs. When navigating to the live show, you will be prompted to enter in a new username and password combination as well as the email address associated with your Kink.com account. You will also have the opportunity to login to your existing KinkLive/Flirt4Free Account if you already have one.

Q: Will my Kink.com credentials work for the KinkLive show?

A: No, you will need a KinkLive account specifically. Refer to the question above for further information.

Q: What if I already have a KinkLive account?

A:If you’ve already created your KinkLive account, then you’re already set up to view Kink.com’s live shows! You can visit https://www.kinkmenlive.com/ and enter your KinkLive username and password to get into the show.

Q: My password isn’t working to get into the show, what should I do?

A: First, make sure when you navigate to the live show page that you are logged into your Kink.com account by confirming your member name appears when you click the avatar image in the upper right-hand corner. Please note that your Kink.com and KinkLive account passwords are separate depending on how you set up both accounts; once you are ready to log into your KinkLive account to view the live show, make sure you are using your KinkLive password to log in. If you are unsure of your KinkLive account password, you can click on “Forgot your password?” to have a link sent to you to reset your KinkLive password only.

Q: I’m seeing a white page when I try to log in and/or the page won’t load - what should I do?

A: Please first click the back button on your browser and ensure that you are using the correct KinkLive account credentials, as well as ensuring you are logged into your Kink.com account. We strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers and clearing your cookies and cache before trying to log in again. Sometimes "stale" cookies can result in technical issues. Q: I clicked to join the show, but I’m seeing a black screen with a warning message?

A: Please refresh the page to continue to the live show. You may need to refresh the page multiple times. If the problem persists, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox browsers and clearing your cookies and cache before trying to log in again. Sometimes "stale" cookies can result in technical issues. Q: Do I need to pay anything to view the live show?

A: As long as you have a Kink.com membership, free or with a paid subscription, you will have access to the live show as it airs – of course we always encourage our members to tip the models during the live show as an expression of your devotion and gratitude!

Q: How do I tip a model?

A: During the live show, you can tip with credits by clicking on the denomination amount in the window labeled “tipping” in the right hand side-bar. If you haven’t purchased any credits yet, you’ll need to first add credits to your KinkLive account by visiting KinkLive.com’s homepage and clicking “Buy Credits” in the upper right hand corner. You can also add credits on your account page, here: https://www.kinklive.com/my-account/secure/

Q: How much do credits cost?

A: Credits are sold in packages, with the credit amounts and purchase price denoted on KinkLive.com’s homepage when you click on “Buy Credits” in the upper right hand corner. As a general rule of thumb, 10 credits is equivalent to $1 whereas buying credits in bulk will include additional credits added to your purchase at no extra cost.

Note: Performers receive a percentage of the dollar amount paid in credits, so we encourage you to tip generously!

Q: How do I buy credits?

A: You can purchase credits to your KinkLive account by visiting KinkLive.com’s homepage and clicking “Buy Credits” in the upper right hand corner. You can also purchase credits on your account page, here:https://www.kinklive.com/my-account/secure/

Q: What is a “Tip Flood”?

A: A Tip Flood is a fun option available whenever you send 250 credits or more in a single tip. When you choose to start a Tip Flood, the system divides the amount into a series of 7 to 20 individual tips, depending on the total. These tips are then sent to the room approximately one-second apart creating the effect of filling up the chat window tip messages!

Q: The tipping feature doesn’t seem to work when I click it, what’s wrong?

A: We recommend ensuring that your browser window is set to a size below 2560 pixels, as this is the maximum ideal size for viewing the show! Larger browser windows may reduce the functionality available when using the tipping feature. You will also want to make sure that you have credits available on your account to tip with.

Q: Can I talk to the models?

A: On the right hand side of the screen in the Free Public Chat area, all users are able to view and chat with the live performers. To communicate with a model, simply type your message into the chat interface and press enter. Please be aware of our Terms of Use found here. Section 4 lists posting rules that still apply to the way you interact with our models on KinkLive.com.

You can also send a message to the model outside of the liveshow by clicking on the Message Me paper airplane button on the right hand side of the page during the live show, or the Message Me from the schedules page on the left side of the page. You will need a card on file in order to send a Message to the performer.

Q: What if I want to message the model privately in the chat room?

A: You can send a Whisper message to a model in the Free Public Chat room, using the forward slash “/” (without quotation marks). Whisper messages are messages sent from a customer privately to the performer. Here is an example of a Whisper message:

/hello, how are you today?

If you want to Whisper message another user, you just need to include their screen name after the /. For example:

/Freckles Hi Freckles, how are you?

Note:Whispers can be very disruptive to the overall chat experience. Please use them responsibly and only when necessary. Performers have the ability to disable this feature.

Q: Who can see my messages?

A: Private messages are prescreened by a dedicated group of moderators before being accepted and directed to the model you are trying to contact. Public chat rooms are screened throughout the duration of the show. If your chat goes against F4F/KinkLive’s Terms of Use, you may be warned and/or banned by the moderators. Q: How will I know when a live show takes place?

A: We will have advertisements on Kink.com to let you know the dates and times of upcoming live shows. You can click on the advertisements or visit https://www.kinkmenlive.com/ and log in using your KinkLive.com credentials to learn when the next show will be, sign up for email notifications, and add Kink.com Live Shows to your KinkLive favorite performers.

Q: Can I get an email when a live show starts?

A: Of course! If you are logged in on the live show page, you may click on “Notify Me” from the side-bar menu at any time to receive email notifications whenever a KinkLive live show starts.

Q: What does the “Schedule” button on the right hand side-bar do?

A: Clicking on the button labeled “Schedule” will take you back to the performer’s Waiting Room. You can rejoin the show by clicking on the green flashing “Join the Show!” beneath the performer’s profile picture or in the upper left corner of the screen by clicking on “chat”.

Q: What does the “Notify Me” button do?

A: When you click on “Notify Me” from the side-bar menu, you will get email notifications whenever a KinkLive live show starts.

Q: What does the “Favorite Me” button do?

A: When you click on “Favorite Me” from the side-bar menu, KinkLive will be added to your list of favorite performers on KinkLive. You can go to KinkLive.com and log into your account there to see all of your favorite performers. When a favorite performer has a live show, they will appear on the homepage of KinkLive.com after you log in.

Q: What does the “Message Me” button do?

A: When you click on “Message Me” from the side-bar menu, a new window will appear that lets you send a direct, private message to the performer(s). These direct messages are viewable at any time by the models, but will not show up in the chat stream during the show. This message is prescreened by Flirt4Free moderators to ensure compliance with the KinkLive/F4F Terms of Use. You can read the Terms of Use here.
