Challenges with hot rewards/punishments

I'd love to see live-action videos of challenges where the contestant wants to win a sexy reward, but it's hot even if they lose. Doesn't really matter what the challenge is, just that the person really wants to win. Examples:

- If a guy wins: he gets a blowjob. If he loses, he gets edged and a week in chastity.
- If a girl wins: she gets fucked in the pussy. If she loses, face- and ass-fucked.
- If a straight guy wins: he gets a threesome with two girls. If he loses, he's spit-roasted by two guys

There could be a lot of variation both in the challenges and in the rewards/punishments. Obviously there's overlap here with Ultimate Surrender, but I've always found "winner fucks the loser" an unconvincing motivation.
