I have noticed that since  the Armory got sold, and production of the Upper Floor venues has bounced around some

I have also noticed that the crowds, and people  or guest that attend these filmings has really been going down in numbers, which in turn cuts into the energy of the guest

It seems like now there is so little place for guest to play, which alot of us rather see than the paid performers

So effort needs to be in getting a better venue for the filmings, which would bring back the guest.

Noboody wants tro just stand there to play

To make money you have to spend some money, or do you just want the Upper Floor to fad away

To get a better venue, if you must, you could charge a few bucks admission, if that is legal, as when they film at the SF catalist, there is a charge for various events there

I do believe most are willing to chip in
