Been looking multiple hours, but can't match this to any HGB shoots or a model.  That's a very ornate sofa.  Perhaps it was a test or audition shoot that was never released?  Thanks for looking.

  Amazing how you found that scene.  Don't know I would be able to find it again, except for the URL you posted.  She was not listed under the models category, for instance.  I truly appreciate it.
