Looking For Any Info About This Movie

I have been looking everywhere for any info about this shoot.  The only thing I've managed to uncover is that it was once on Filemonster and it could be titled either, "The Bondage Agent" or the "The Intriguing Agent".  It'd be awesome if anyone knew who the actresses are.
