All seems to be working past week. Can stream and download now no issues

  Our server update is nearly completed and our tech team is currently prioritizing improving streaming and downloading speeds. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, there had been some unforeseen problems and delays. Everything should be up to working now.
