Downloading/streaming unavailable?

Is anyone else unable to download/stream content?  I tried several different channels old/new videos but the system seems unresponsive. Downloading just seems to time out without an error.  Streaming times out and shows this error: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Did I just hit a download limit or is this a system issue?

  Looks like it is an issue accessing the site with Safari. Was able to stream/download using Firefox.
