We are a growing company seeking a dynamic marketing leader to scale our brands, drive revenue, and build a best-in-class marketing operation.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Integrated Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across all CyberNet Entertainment digital properties, including kinkstore.com, kink.com, and kink.ai. This role encompasses full ownership of the marketing function for KinkStore — an e-commerce platform currently building its marketing infrastructure from the ground up — including establishing and scaling a robust SEO funnel, email marketing lifecycle campaigns, affiliate marketing programs, and paid media initiatives. Additionally, this role will provide strategic marketing oversight for kink.com and kink.ai, collaborating with existing business development and affiliate marketing teams to expand SEO strategy, email marketing, and overall digital presence. The Director will also serve as a key cross-functional partner, working closely with product development and content strategy teams to ensure marketing alignment across all brands.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for KinkStore (kinkstore.com), kink.com, kink.ai, building the marketing function from the ground up to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Architect and implement a comprehensive SEO funnel for the properties, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building initiatives.
- Design and manage email marketing programs across all properties, including lifecycle campaigns, automated drip sequences, segmentation, win-back campaigns, and performance optimization.
- Oversee SEM (paid search) and paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms to drive qualified traffic and achieve target ROAS.
- Build and manage the affiliate marketing program for KinkStore, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, tool and asset creation, and a product review program.
- Provide strategic marketing oversight for kinkstore.com, kink.com, and kink.ai, working alongside existing business development and affiliate marketing teams to enhance SEO strategy, email marketing, and digital growth.
- Lead public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, brand partnerships, and industry event participation, to increase brand visibility across all properties.
- Oversee and manage social media channels, developing content calendars, engagement strategies, and community management initiatives.
- Analyze marketing performance data across all channels and properties, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to inform strategy and budget allocation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and content strategy teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels and properties to maximize ROI.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage marketing team members and external vendors/agencies as the department scales.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven expertise in e-commerce marketing with a strong track record of building marketing functions and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, with experience building SEO funnels from scratch.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) and best practices for lifecycle, automated, and segmentation-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing paid search (SEM) and paid media campaigns in Google Ads with a focus on ROAS optimization.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and program management.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), data visualization tools, and marketing attribution models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, content, and business development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and properties simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and comfort working in an entrepreneurial setting.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Demonstrated experience scaling an e-commerce brand and/or building a marketing function from the ground up.
- Experience managing marketing across multiple digital properties or brands simultaneously.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+ annually.
- Prior experience in the adult entertainment, lifestyle, wellness, or similarly regulated industry is a plus but not required.
TRAVEL:
- Some travel may be required for industry conferences, trade shows, media events, and partner meetings (estimated up to 10–15%).
