Q: How can I close/delete my account?
A: Members cannot close their own accounts. Please contact us at support@kink.com for assistance closing your account.
Q: How do I change my display name/username?
A: As of March 2021, we updated Kink.com to enable our users to change their display name once every 24 hours if they wish. To change your username, log in to your Kink.com account, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of the page, and go to "My Account". On this page, you can click the red edit button to update your display name, email, or password.

A. Kink.com headquarters have moved to a new home in San Francisco in the spring of 2018. Peter Acworth has stepped down as CEO of the company, aligning Alison Boden as the new CEO.

A: We already have a program that we proactively use to handle security issues, but in the event that you happen to find something more substantial, we have a HackerOne account. Please email support@kink.com and we will be happy to send you an invitation to our HackerOne program.
