We have made major improvements to our search function on Kink.com and we are happy to give a few pointers for getting the best possible results from our search with a few examples. We hope these examples will help you find exactly what you are looking for in the future!
Let’s say you have an image and you want to find the associated shoot.
The first thing we can do is type ‘blonde’ in the search.
This produces 7,215 results. Not very helpful, huh?
We can narrow our search by picking the associated channel we know it is in.
Filtering by channel (Hogtied) now produces 501 results.
We can further narrow the results by choosing related tags.
‘Blonde’ is a tag you can click. If we put ‘blonde’ as a tag then that frees up what we can type in the search.
So far we put the channel and blonde hair. Now we can search ‘foot’ with the pre-existing filters still in place. This produces 27 results.
Scrolling through these scenes, we see our image as the 5th result! Success!
You might say "But wait, what if you don’t know the channel?? That certainly made searching for this image easier, right?"
Well, yes it did… but we can still find it without the channel name. If you search foot and then further filter through the tags with ‘blonde’ first, then ‘bondage’, and lastly ‘submission’, you will see our image as the 10th result out of 123 other scenes that fit the description.
Let’s make it harder now. Let’s say you saw this image from our banner on the homepage:
Super hot, right? Customer Support gets requests about this shoot all the time. Here is a way you could search for it.
First I am searching for ‘strap on’ because that is clearly in the shoot.
From there you can filter through the tags and choose ‘brunette’ next. This produces 5,497 results so we are not there yet.
I then can choose for strap on as a tag instead of having it in the search. This cuts our search in half.
I can now type in ‘Pet Play’ and we see that the shoot is the second result! Success!
Or we could have started with pet play and filtered the tags with ‘brunette’ then ‘lesbian’ and finally ‘strap on’. This produces the shoot as the second result as well!
You may also filter your search further and browse by the year or video quality!
You are also able to filter your search and browse by gender if you choose the model search and filter by gender. Here is an example to browse only TS models: https://www.kink.com/search?type=performers&genderIds=tswoman
Additionally, you may browse our models alphabetically if you click browse in the top menu on Kink.com and click 'Models' in the drop down menu. This gives you all of our models in alphabetical order with the option to filter as needed. Here is a link for easy access: https://www.kink.com/search?type=performers&sort=stageNameSort
Lastly, you may also browse by Channel by following the same steps above and choosing 'Channels' in the dropdown menu, linked here: https://www.kink.com/channels
If you ever have any issues finding a shoot, you may always write into Kink.com Customer Support and we will be happy to help you in your search!
