Q. Why can't I login?
A. If you have trouble logging in, first try clearing your cache and cookies, close all browser windows and restart your browser before logging in again. You can find quick, easy directions for clearing your cookies and cache here: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic
In most cases, this will fix the issue. Make sure you are using the correct username and password (remember that logins are CaSe sEnsitiVE).
Q. I requested a password reset link, but do not see the email.
A. The most common reason for this is because your account is registered with a different email address. Please double check that the email address you are using is the same as the email address you used to register.
Q. Can I reuse a password I used on Kink.com previously?
A. Nope. Every time you reset your password, you'll need to pick a brand new one. This is for the security of your account.
Q. What do I do if I get an error that says "Email address already in use."?
A. You will receive the "Email address already in use" response if you are trying to sign up for a new Kink.com account with an email related to an existing account.
If you have already clicked the red Join button, please click the "Login" link located underneath the "Create Account" title to Login to your existing Kink.com account, as shown below. This will redirect you to the Login page.
You can also click on the gray Log In button in the top right corner of the home page. It looks like this:
If you've forgotten your login information, you can have your password sent to the email address on file by using the link on the login page, located here.
Our password reset emails come from support@kink.com. If you have difficulties receiving our password reset email, please contact us here.
Q. When I use the link from the password reset email, it says "Cannot Confirm Token." How do I get it to work?
A. You will see the "Cannot Confirm Token" response if you are inputting an email that does not match the email associated to your account or if you are not using the most recent password reset link. Please ensure that you are using the email that matches your account and also using the most recent email sent for the password reset process.
Q. I still can't login. What am I doing wrong?
A. There are a few possible reasons why you are still experiencing difficulties logging in. If you are receiving the "Bad Username or Password" response even after resetting your password, you may need to contact support for further assistance regarding your account.
Q. I'm logged in, but I don't have full access to KinkUnlimited or KinkMen. What's wrong?
A. There are a few common reasons why this happens. First, your subscription may be lapsed due to a problem processing a recent payment. Go to www.kink.com/my/billing to view the status of your subscription and update your payment info, if needed. If you have no current subscriptions but are positive you paid for one, you may have multiple accounts. Please verify that the account you are logged into is indeed the account you bought a subscription on. If neither of these apply, please try clearing your cache and cookies via your browsers history. Restart your browser and log in to Kink.com again. If you still don't have access, please fill out our support form.
Q. I no longer have access to the email I signed up with. How can I update my email address without accessing the old one?
A. If you cannot access your old email account, please fill out our support form for assistance.
