Q. How do I cancel a recurring subscription?
A. First make sure that you are logged in. Click the icon in the upper-right hand corner of your screen and select "Subscription", as shown below. Here you will be able to cancel your subscription. If you have difficulties, please email us using our support form.
Q. I'm logged in, but I don't have full access to KinkUnlimited or KinkMen. What's wrong?
A. There are a few common reasons why this happens. First, your subscription may be lapsed due to a problem processing a recent payment. Go to www.kink.com/my/billing to view the status of your subscription and update your payment info, if needed. If you have no current subscriptions but are positive you paid for one, you may have multiple accounts. Please verify that the account you are logged into is indeed the account you bought a subscription on. If neither of these apply, please try clearing your cache and cookies via your browsers history. Restart your browser and log in to Kink.com again. If you still don't have access, please fill out our support form.
Q. In my Billing History, it says "Migrated legacy subscription.Please contact us for more information." It looks like this:
What is a "Legacy subscription"?
A. A legacy subscription is a subscription that existed on your account during the KinkClassic era, meaning when our current channels each use to be individual sites. We migrated all of these subscriptions to the new format of the site for our members' convenience.
Q. How do I cancel a "Legacy" subscription?
A. Legacy subscriptions require you to contact us to cancel them from future re-bills.
Q. Why was my subscription purchase declined?
A. You may be in a country from which we do not accept credit card transactions. Please contact us using our support form here so that we can take a closer look for you.
You may not physically be in the country where the card was issued. To avoid this issue, use a card issued in the country where you are currently located.
You may have disputed a payment with an adult site in the past. If you think you may have a dispute associated with your account and are experiencing difficulties purchasing, please contact us here. Additionally, we highly recommend our members reach out to us in cases where they feel as though they need to dispute a transaction. We are happy to assist you.
If you are using a Pre-Paid or Gift Credit Card, you must make sure that your information is registered with the card. In other words, there should be a website listed on the back of the card to associate with your billing information. When purchasing, if this billing information does not match up with the card itself, the charge will not go through.
You may want to check with the billing company that you are attempting to purchase through by calling the number on the back of your card directly, as they may be able to give you more detailed information as to why a payment did not process.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. Our billers will accept payments from Mastercard, Visa, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and EuroDebit. However, they will only accept payments from cards which have been registered in the cardholder's (your) name. Those would include debit cards, credit cards, and those prepaid cards which give the option of registering (online or by phone) as the card's owner. Please note that some prepaid cards do not accept payments for subscription transactions.
Paypal is not a billing option we can offer, due to the fact that Paypal refuses to transact business for adult entertainment companies. You may want to contact them about your suggestion to extend their payment processing to adult entertainment sites.
Q. I don't own a credit card, nor do I have access to a pre-paid card. How else can I purchase a Kink.com subscription?
